Sleep Sense is completely unique, as it combines online coaching and personalised support with the use of our Lifestyle Assessment tracker. Wearing this for 3 nights gives you scientific data on the duration and quality of your sleep, plus shows you how well your body recovers as a result of sleeping.


The downloadable programme materials - which are yours to keep - are backed by science but straightforward to understand. They’re full of easy to implement strategies that can quickly start making a difference to your sleep. Throughout the course, our Sleep Sense Checklist helps you gradually build up positive habits, plus an online diary helps you track the changes you’re making.
