A combination of several stressors all occurring at the same time had been taking their toll on my health. Managing stress has always been a bit of a challenge for me. I usually overeat to compensate, drink more wine, exercise less, then catch more colds, develop an injury or two and generally end up feeling rubbish.

With the stress management strategies of VA Health Warriors, I have developed some techniques that have helped me come out the other side in a much better place. With those skills I am able to improve my health and well-being and now have a more determined, energetic and creative mindset.
