I didn’t really understand about how food impacts your blood sugar levels. My initial diet of eating the same food just less of it always left me hungry. Once I understood more about what foods did in my body I could make better choices and if I was ever unsure, I could send a WhatsApp with a photo and get an answer - awesome!

The workouts were such a change from the faceless gym I was used to where I didn’t really know what I was doing and there was nobody around to help. The MyPT Hub app is dead simple to use and I enjoyed logging my workouts. The workouts pushed me but I enjoyed doing them. Fun and varied. And knowing Kali and Zahra were going to check up on me was A BIG motivator!
